HomePageIntroduction: Cy/VOS NG is a set of research projects aimed at developing the next generation of operating system concept. It is not designed to be a functioning, final user operating system, but instead a testbed for advanced technologies that may or may not make their way into the final, desktop or server, version of Cy/VOS. Page list: All pages in this group are proposals for the Cy/VOS NG experimental prototype. They form an official roadmap for the development of this prototype and the technologies involved, but the prototype itself is NOT DESIGNED FOR USE. While many of the technologies described herein may have applicability, presense here is not a sign that they will eventually be in Cy/VOS. |
